Cancellations by you
More than 48 hours before your tour: full refund of any amount paid, minus non-refundable third-party payment processing fees.
Between 18 and 48 hours before your tour: 50% refund of the tour price.
Less than 18 hours before your tour, or no-show on the day: no refund, as boats, crew, and provisions have already been committed.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule once at no charge if you notify us more than 48 hours before your tour, subject to availability. Changes requested within 18 hours of your tour are treated as a cancellation.
Weather and safety cancellations
Your safety comes first. If the Philippine Coast Guard suspends sailings, or our captain judges sea conditions unsafe, we may cancel or modify your tour.
If we cancel for weather or safety, you may choose a full refund or to reschedule to another date at no extra cost. Routes and islands visited may also change on the day for the same reasons.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider and are outside our control. Third-party payment processing fees are non-refundable.
