Booking details: your name, the names and counts of guests in your party, your nationality, tour date, and any dietary or accessibility notes you share.
Contact details: your email address and WhatsApp/phone number, so we can confirm your booking and reach you about your trip.
Payment information: we do not store full card or wallet details. Payments are processed by our payment providers (see below); we keep only a record of the amount, method, and status.
How we use your information
To confirm, manage and deliver your tour, including assigning your boat and crew.
To send booking confirmations, receipts, reminders and important trip updates by email and WhatsApp.
To respond to your enquiries and provide customer support before and after your tour.
To meet legal, safety and accounting obligations.
Payment processors
Online payments are handled by PayMongo (cards, GCash, Maya, GrabPay) and PayPal. Bank transfers may use Wise. These providers process your payment under their own privacy policies and security standards. We receive only a confirmation of payment and limited reference details.
Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the crew and partners directly involved in operating your tour, with our payment processors to complete a transaction, and where required by law.
Data retention
We keep booking records for as long as needed to provide our service and to comply with tax and legal requirements, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. To make a request, contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
